Dear brothers and sisters,

We are a monastic congregation of Anglican monks, third order lay religious and associates who work hand in hand with the greater church and many other people in the wider community.

Our first interest is the quest for God, and daily prayer and worship are at the heart of everything we do. There we meet Jesus Christ, who conquered death and brought us God’s abundant gift of life.

As a monastic congregation developing each day, our great desire is to cooperate with others in God’s service, to work for a world where all will live together in peace and in service of one another.

Such an enterprise will always involve both struggle and good cheer. We are far from perfect, but we believe we are called to cheerful service of the Gospel, and hope you will find a bit of that here with us.

Remember, God gives us what we need, not what we want…
